Come and run with us in the Inverness 5K!

One of the big pieces of news for this term is that we will be taking part in a huge running event.
The Inverness Half Marathon and 5K takes place on Sunday 10th March and we have decided to enter as a School. Over 20 staff from Dingwall Primary are taking part in either the half marathon or the 5K and we would like you to join us! Due to the nature of a running event with thousands of people taking part, it is simply not possible for us to take responsibility for children and so we would ask that children are accompanied by an adult on the day. The organiser’s rules for the 5K are that children aged 8 and under should run the course with an adult, older children may run by themselves, at parent’s discretion. It would be great for our school community to be represented by children, staff, parents and relatives, so please join us. If you enter through the School there is a
reduced entry fee of £8, for adults and children alike. If you are interested in taking part then please ask your child to collect a form from the School Office.
